Hi, In this tutorial, you will learn, how to install CatBoost R programming package for Mac,Windows, and Linux.
You can not install CatBoost package using the R programming standard installer(install.packages).
You’re savvy enough to be able to download and install everything on your own, but the next pages go over what to do if you have a Mac. If you have Windows, check out the other document located right next to this one. You should see something that looks like the partial screenshot below. If you have El Capitan or higher click on R-3.5.1.pkg. All right so first thing you'll need is as always a browser. So I've got my Chrome browser here and the first website they're in to go to is you don't have that in just a: cran.r-project.org And so if you go here you will see a page like this. And here you can download R for Linux, Mac or Windows.
Note: 64-bit version is recommended from the CatBoost documentation
